Another good find imtesty. Thanks for posting.
Tough read as a non scientist but I think I gained some insight into my own heart condition and I continue to feel I would benefit from BETi BRD2 treatment with apabetalone. It is so fascinatingly complex and interesting.
This is another feather in the cap of RVX scientists. After studying the AGM Management Information Circular I think the Compensation Committee has it's RSU, salaries and option rewards completely backwards because they seem to be providing much higher incentives to the business side (CEO) (who have achieved nothing in the past 3 years except abuse of Forward Looking Statements & failures i.e.Saudi $) and are grossly under incenting the science professionals who have made continuous progress from BoM and onward. Of course the Compensation Committee will use the Mercer benchmarking for their justification but this only applies with a competent CEO which is the not case for RVX. The science people are the engine of success for Resverlogix and should be rewarded accordingly. The business people should have the competence to provide a healthy and comfortable cash flow for the science to continue at a pace becoming of a FDA BTD desiignation. Unfortunately the business skills are woefully lacking.
If I get time I'll try to illustrate my point based on reading the AGM Management Information Circular. It is actually pretty funny if you have become as cynical as me.
I'm long for the science. GLTA...we'll need it.
