Koo: "More insider buying, but SPP remains flat."

Odd isn't it.  In the past I moved the SP up three times as much and on 2% of the numbers Don is  buying.  I can't place a 1000-share buy order without it seemingly affecting the market.  Out of curiousity I placed an order this AM at $0.25.  Whoever is giving up shares at 0.25 to Don so far isn't interested in giving them up to me...

Could I trouble you Koo to post Level2?
