What's sad to me is that we must be onto like our 4th investors relation person at RVX in the last say 8 years.  

That tells you something in that, because the company doesn't communicate to shareholders whatsoever, the investor relations position must be a boring and non-value added job.  

I'm purely guessing that these people are leaving on their own accord as opposed to being asked to leave.  I'm sure they want to be more shareholder friendly but the RVX culture, led by the CEO, prevents that from happening in the first place.  

My best guess is that they are being asked to say nothing.  And, if so, well that's not much of an interesting job now is it?   To me that is very telling.  Company culture is set by executive leadership.  And, as such, it's always what's "not" said that is the loudest voice.
