No, I was not inferring that.  I do not think RVX or ZEN could go it alone.

I was inferring that if the drug(s)  is (are) successful , even after those costs, a BP would pay more because of the amount of revenue they can generate.

 A lot of 'ifs' tho and, I am not a fan of leadership or their ability to get us to that point.

My only point is, a value of $1 b would be low if the drugs work.
