The deep pockets outwait patient investors, how exactly, and to what end?

There are 3 major deep-pocket investors (HL, Eastern & Ori). I think it's more like the patient investors (the 30%) waiting to see which of the 3 deep pocket investors gets RVX if that ends up being the case. That would mean that if one of the 3 gets RVX then that one (let's say it's HL) would need to buy out the other 2 deep pockets and the 30% would need to be bought out as well. Can't see it any other way. Also, as a side note, I do not believe that HL will win out by RVX simply defaulting on the $6 Mil debenture. The other 2 deep pockets will pony up to prevent that from happening.
