KBC - You are correct in my guessing and I don't really want to get into many many negative posts over the amount of info shareholders receive or not. Many of us, me included, have unintentionally read something into a release that this company has made that may be interpreted in different ways. The 17 Feb release says that Brazil and other sites have been "initiated". The only release I had found that said "dose or dosing" was 18 Jan. If I'm wrong I apologize to the board.
