RVX - $505,200 for the year ended Dec 31, 2021 per page 27 of the Info Circular.

ZCC - $135, 340 for the year ended Apr 30, 2022 per page 9 of the ZCC Info Circular.

·       Total salary =$640,540 per year or =$53,378 per month.

I would say that Don’s “independent” Compensation Committee is paying Don quite well for a CEO who has achieved significant dilution in shareholder value and nothing has been reported in terms of tangible business results even though the science in both companies moves ahead, albeit compromised by the lack of funding for RVX.

What a remarkable achievement. Kudos to Don.

I am always very pleased to see a competent CEO well rewarded for success. What is missing here is the success factor.
