Well for the record Shenzhen Hepalink's share ownership is ~33%.(85,286,524 CS)
Should they convert the $6 Mil debenture (now approx $5.2Mil) to shares at let's say 20 cents per share that will give them an additional ~ 30 mil shares. Share ownership goes to ~40%.
As for insider voting, there had to be some insiders that voted. Total voting was ~ 125 Mil. The general public owns ~30% (80 Mil) of the overall 263 Mil shares outstanding. And I have to assume the general public did not vote in totality. The highest abstention number was ~7.5 Mil for Don. So we can't say that the vast majority of retail voted against Don, right? Does this make sense?
