Sidebar ... Personally, I think you are spot on with your assessment. Still holding on also, hopeful for a sale at some point.
In the "current" situation, with financial desperation and no apprent "real" independent path forward toward approval and revenues, RVX will likely have to take a serious haircut on valuation for a sale. Personally, I would be "over the moon" to see a sale between $10-20 pps but that is probably a pipedream at this point. At this point, I would happily take $5 (with a smile), or $3 (with a grimace), and run like a thief in the night.
But ... controlling ownership seems he11 bent on approaching if not maximizing the immense "potential" valuation scenarios (until the bitter ugly desperate end??), which is difficult when it appears you have no other options, no path forward, with the financial wolves closing in, and options for moving forward independently looking bleak.
The science, BTD, and broad market/revenues "potential" are the calling cards, along with safety and IP/patents longevity. So hopefully, sometime soon, a forward looking BP seeking to establish a new next gen MOA pipeline with immense potential will step up, and much better for everyone for negotiation if there are several.
