narmac won't let certain things go, and that's ok by me because I share his frustration with the CEO's complete lack of performance and his never-materializing forward-looking statements.

AFAIAC, Mr Donald McCaffrey is a pathological liar, and he appears completely unwilling and/or incapable of doing his job.  This has been proved over and over again, imo.  That ain't cool, and I am thinking that it is possibly criminal.   His lies and absence of results are the primary cause of the SP trading at a couple of pennies on the dollar of where it should be with a post-P3 trial FDA BTD in a MAJOR indication and with all of the promissing indications apabetalone could be disruptive in. 

How do you possibly NOT get BP supporting us when you have the disruptive blockbuster football on the 1-yard line?  

There is no point selling at a few pennies on the dollar when the only impedement to success is the unbelievable and hopefully untenable retention of a complete dud or crook of a CEO.   

As for KOO-KOO2's suggestion that he's staying because the major insiders aren't leaving, I will say that I don't understand that logic.  I will reiterate what others here have noted...."The major shareholders with tens of millions of shares are more stuck here than we are with their inability to unload even a small fraction of their positions in such an already decimated and thinly-traded stock."
