The SP is down to .22 cents  for several reasons , one being  the broader markets  are down close  to 25%  and the  biotech index is down close to 70% , plus we are a very small biotech company with zero financing options or partnering optiosn  shown to us at this point to gauge  what future lies ahead to do the proposed  clinical phase 3 trials and Covid long trial.  It would seem to me that the insiders have some better knowledge than us minions.  Oristar saw something they really liked back in 2020 and instead of taking their loan money they converted at $1.08 Cad per share.  Either they are really stupid for that decision or something in the horizon once financing or a partnership or buyout occurs to get past that 1 yard line.   I just say what the purpose of b_tching about DM and management if it is not going to make a difference until we see what is transpiring to pay for  these trials with either the help of a BP or other finance options
