interesting thought -    7.  They're working on going private.

This has never been discussed here.  What price, really begins with "insider" and where would insider find P3 funds.  If this happened, my guess, China would take this private.  ECL would really have a cow.  They were the main source funds until HL came into the picture.  

How about Pfizer now, stock goes cheap at 2B, about $7 per share.  Take that and run. sidebar.
