I don't much care about RVX but I hope DM stays as CEO of Zenith.  It's his baby and he'll see it through to a successful sale if possible, and if funding can be maintained.

It's usually very bad news if some new CEO comes in from the outside.  They have no attachment to the company and are typically only interested in lining their own pockets.  And if investment bankers get involved the conclusion is pretty much guaranteed to be awesome for them and a disaster for shareholders.
