Next, any purchase would not close for many months, maybe 6 to 12 months, price could be adjusted during due diligence period. Hopefully, in the billions, even 50 M in liabilities is OK. Issue maybe with Zen, who knows, what I see from IR is just more delay, words falling on deaf ears, how can we believe after so many years of promises.  Sidebar
