At this point the market is not expecting a buyout deal at a SP  of .14 cents , A  buyout is  all talk until it we hear about it in a NR.  I sent IR a message regarding the lack of any news, which could mean one of 2 things, There is a due diligence going on by a BP or 2 or RVX is scrambbling for financing.   This quiet is nothing new with RVX, but maybe this time things are different.

This is the message i got from IR, that has been post on board the past few weeks,  

Hi XXXX

Our management team is currently pursuing multiple potential financing opportunities, and will update the market with any significant developments. I understand your frustration with the lack of public announcements, but I can tell you that the mood inside the company remains optimistic. Resverlogix’s employee compensation has comprised a mixture of cash and options/RSUs for at least as long as I have been with the company, and I am not aware of any recent significant changes in the compensation structure. I do not have specific data on why the share price has been declining, but I would personally be surprised if trading by company insiders was responsible.
