But the BoD, and large investors, are okay with that?

The only way I could see the other RVX money people being okay and not making changes at the top, would be if everyone has truly given up on RVX/ABL, and also have significant money in Zenith and see that as the real BIG opportunity, and then view RVX/ABL as a sweetener and "throw-in" with a Zenith deal at some point.

This is not my opinion, just playing out your opinion/view. But it does seem possible to me given the lack of progress and urgency with RVX. 

I'm very concerned about the $6mm to Hepa coming up, and the "tale that it tells," when due. I think that will be telling about the intentions/goals/future of RVX, one way or another.
