Tex and koo ... overall this is awesome news. Obviously, better than just having a predatory Hepa hijack and claim the IP, and also good to see Hepa isn't trying to do so, or forcing Don and friends to dig deeply into their pockets for the $6m.

I am inclined to take it as a good sign that something good is either brewing or at least still looks plausible to Hepa and insiders, unlike we Joe Public's blindly twisting in the wind. Don't know of any other reason to kick this can down the road and just let the $6m ride, and just letting your resources and capital to just sit and lose ground to inflation and opportunity costs for the capital?

But I honeslty have no clue, not much ever seems to make sense to me.
