At a share price of ~ 15 cents CAN, DM may just decide to implement a reverse stock split (say 1 new share for 10 existing shares) and who knows we may even get to vote on it on June 20, 2023 AGM!

Any thoughts on this very controversial subject? Could this attract new Private Placements?

There is still time for a news release in that regard between now and the AGM.
