Koo ... My concern with your potential reverse stock split scenario, is the company's proven inability to create or even maintain value for shareholders.
I get why it (i.e. 1-10 reverse split) could "possibly" be helpful for financing. My worry is that management lets it slide back to where it is now, on 1/10 the amount of shares owned. At least right now, I can wish and dream that a BP will eventually see the value in the science, safety, libray, patents, narrow misses, BTD, and market potential to take a swing. I own enough shares that even a paltry $3-5 pps would be meaningful.
Personally, I have switched my strategy from expecting $20 pps someday in the near future ... to owning enough shares acquired on the cheap to make out quite well even at $3-5 pps.
So, given management and pps track record, personally, I am not a fan of giving up the power of scale in this risky but somewhat promising science investment.
I want a sale (now/asap), not more risk for a long term strategy that I have no confidence can or will happen in an effective and rewarding way.
Just speaking for myself.
