It doesn't make sense to me.

Zenith has a ~6% royalty.

RVX has the rest of the 94%. Why doesn't RVX sell it's own royalty stream? Why does Zenith need to be involved at all?

The only answer I can think of is they are looking to sell royalties on the cancer pipeline.
