I couldn't resist having a bit of fun before the long weekend.

Well, Labour Day is almost upon us. So Don and his team were headed off in June to the Middle East to raise funds for a BoM2 supposedly to start in 2024. There are 18 countries in the Middle East and 92 days in June, July and August. That means the team would have 5 days on average of golf/deal making per country.

Will we see the definitive deal announced the day after Labour Day? Will Mr. Excitement hop out of the Lear jet with a bag of $60,000,000 to get BoM2 started.

I wonder how many of BPs have their head offices in the Middle East?

Anyway, I realize I shouldn’t make fun of this pathetic situation but in some ways it is similar to the dark humour practiced in hospital emergency rooms – a coping mechanism.
