$300 to $500 Million plus 8% royalty  seems to me like an extremely low valuation for the entire Zen3694  IP, assuming peak sales are $1 to $1.5 Billion USD once approved ,   sales could be in access of $15 to 20 Billion over the patent life and to only get $300 Million plus 8% seen very low . But wth this management team ie DM  nothing woudl surprise me with letting this IP go for peanuts
