I agree 100% with your post other than it most likely won't be "lengthy"  lol

they/rvx spent/blew 10-20 mil on Eversana & all we got out of that prior/during was Don always saying how excited he was along with comments something like - they have thousands of employees & were so lucky/fortunate to be a part of this vast network of experts ..blah blah blah

Hence the reason  I'm bugging IR - Don always made it sound like they/eversana wouldn't really be getting all that much until we made it to market -only to find out much later we had accumulated a massive bill for their so called expertise - hence wanting/needing to know more about the finer details in this so called exciting opportunity.
One would hope legally they have to disclose much more detail before this moves even further into the big black hole!
