Attached below is a link to Hepalink's "Annual Results Announcement" for 2022.  The last line of the RVX-208 (Apabetalone) section on page 14 states "Currently, Hepalink is actively pursuing the follow up development plan for this drug candidate."  It will be interesting to see what they have to say in the 2023 Announcement.

Quickly reading through the announcement it is very apparent that Hepalink is still a well run, thriving business which in addition to their core business have investments in a number of biotechs.  

It is hard to imagine that Hepalink's other investments are as badly run as RVX and further one has to wonder how Hepalink and their friends at ORI tolerate the cluster you know what that is Resverlogix management. The fact that Hepalink has invested well in excess of $100 million, which RVX management has turned into equity worth roughly $6.8 million, despite Breakthrough Therapy Designation and numerous scientific advancements, must infuriate them at some level.

WRT ORI and pure speculation on my part, but I sometimes wonder if the millions of RVX shares sold by Goldman this year might be on behalf of ORI. Remember that Simone Song was previously very senior at Goldman. Going back a number of years I don't see any purchases of RVX shares through Goldman on Canadian Exchanges (but they could have done so through 001) and I don't see their RVX share sales showing up on the short balances.  The shares are coming from somewhere and ORI might make sense, who knows.  As I said pure speculation on my part.

One has to wonder what the other big investors such as Eastern, NGN, CD Ventures, and EFung are being told.  It would be interesting to know if it includes Don's multi year middle eastern adventure(/fantasy??).  Whatever it is they don't seem to be putting more money in.

Management needs to get to work and actually complete some meaningful business!  It would be nice if someone on the management team came out of hiding and provided some sort of an update.
