If in fact it is paid off by then it should give us an idea of who the player is e.g Middle East, BP , Zenith/BP etc .., yes/no?

if it's not paid off hopefully we get the plan moving this thing forward within the next three months , given that will be another half year added to the 4-5 years wasted thus far. The current SP isn't giving us much confidence that we're close to anything. My confidence is low as I find myself grasping at straws over & over again. Hopefully change comes in a blink of an eye.
