Shareholders bought the science,,not the team of mismanagers!,,,thats the issue....we will all be in long term care or dead before this science advances with this team,,,,5 years since BoM with no advancement,,,,!,,,sell the company and all of its IP,,with no spin offs and get what we are worth as  a tax write off! Best solution at present as the market sees us as a complete and utter failure!
