There should also be info about shareholder votes. I'd have to check but I recall that last year we got close to 9% "withheld" for Don. This year we should all vote and move this up toward 20%.

Remember, last year they did not publish the Zenith vote counts so one can only imagine how bad those numbers looked for Don at ZCC.

Then there is the board seat vacated by Hepa to be filled. This may be a moot point if Hepa takes the IP or converts there debenture into shares at $0.055 and takes control of RVX. 

And finally Mr Excitement (the Mushroom Man) will remind us that apabetalone has FDA breakthrough designation.
