Golf, couldn't agree with you more  unfortunately when you bring in  BOD that are friendly to management and have an incentive to keep the status quo, nothing really changes with Management,  That is the world of being involved in a  public micro biotech company with a CEO with little to zero corporate  managment skill sets. I only blame myself for believing in the story too long . At this point I am just hoping Zenith  E saves the day with a  BP deal that combines both companies and is run by a BP not DM
