I asked IR about the upcoming AGM. Did everyone already know it was rescheduled? IR response below:

My apologies for the delayed response. Our AGM, has been rescheduled to July 31st, the meeting will begin at 1:00pm MT. Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular will be provided to shareholders and posted on SEDAR+. We expect to make a recording of the management presentation available online following the meeting.
