IMO it's quite clear based on SP price & volumes there is no sort of "deal" coming prior to the AGM. 

So we get to listen to the guy nobody trusts tell us about how grateful he is for Hepalink &  Eversana supporting & believing in what they have ... @ a 18% premium & whatever Eversana settles for. 

Then it will be a bunch of BS on imaginary discussions with big pharma & the like all under protection of forward looking BS. 
We will hear a lot of the same words that we always hear out of his fly trap ...... soon, near future , imminent, exciting & hard working.

He should take a page from Sleepy joe & get the frick out of the way.

I don't know how anyone can possibly be excited about this agm or the bs that will be spread. Hopefully someone steps up & rips him a new ...!
