I received my AGM Meeting package today and voted “withhold” for all of the directors. I simply feel that these directors are not working in shareholders best interests. The company has not made any progress on the business/financing side for over 5 years. In additon they completely botched Covid trials and provided no thorough explanation. The BOD should have hired a competent CEO with biotech experience years ago.

Following is the trend in "withhold" votes for the past few years for Don. The base is within those that placed votes.

There is a very clear and significant increasing trend in dissatisfaction with Don’s performance. Research I did on voter dissatisfaction a few years ago indicated dissatisfaction above 10% in BOD members in the USA suggests a serious situation is at hand.

Can we get above 10%? It is mathematically possible. In the following table the numbers for Hepalink, Eastern and total outstanding shares are verified in the AGM circular. However, I do not have at my disposal recent numbers on other major shareholders.

If these major shareholders have held their positions then 103.8 million shares or 37.7% of shares are available to be voted so there is lots of room to get the withhold votes for Don well above 10%. I urge everyone to vote. Even though it won’t have an impact on Don it is important that shareholders let the BOD know that dissatisfaction runs deep.
