is 140 mil in total & it all goes to rvx, I guess rvx might see a bit of a SP spike , maybe get back to .50- $1?? Not sure what happens with zen SP given the market we're currently on?

Wonder if people who just own zen will be happy with this deal, knowing if rvx is successful they will more than make up that dollar or two in royalties'down the road?

I see the proposed deal as some progress but feel were a good couple years away from decent money in our pockets & that's only if all goes well unless of course the sale/deal has the possibility we/zen shareholders see a quick $1 threw the current deal/plan.
