will only happen if he closes this deal soon , as within the next month - then they need to start recruiting for BOM 2 & a covid trial before year end, hopefully no later than October/November then & only then will we start to get some traction imo. 

If he's been in discussions for so long I can't imagine that they would even need another 30 days to wrap this up if there's any truth to it.
