Yep - trial would have been completed by now but donny boy could do it faster & cheaper than the Pharma who was ready to pony up a 100+ million. You think the clown will ever be held accountable or admit he was wrong? Should add I believe donny is now talking a number much higher than the 100 million pharma offer he thought was to high?

It's like he's been bought off by big pharma to sit on his hands & lie to his shareholders? Be nice to have a boo at his financial statements along with insight into any perks(trips,vacations, fancy watches etc etc) that he may have received under the table? If they can dig up stuff like this on US Supreme Court Justices you would think there might be an avenue in Canada for a investigation into a simple minded CEO??

Seeing's how every single forward looking statement he's blurted out has been false is it out of line to think or believe there's been some sort of foul play/wrong doing perpetrated by these insiders?
