09:49 AM EST, 01/18/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Rockcliff Metals Corporation (RCLF.V) has entered into a Letter of Intent, to be followed by a formal Purchase Agreement, with RNC Minerals (RNX.TO) to acquire fourteen properties in Snow Lake, Manitoba. The acquisitions from RNC's wholly-owned subsidiary, VMS Ventures Inc., is in consideration for the issuance of 2.25 million Rockcliff common shares to RNC.

The purchase agreement is expected to be formalized by January 31, 2019.
