This is a fascinating issue before the board members.

This is one of the few times that any company has responded directly through the board forum on issues of its press release materials and interpretations of such and brings with it a sence of urgency to deal with something that would otherwise go unnoticed.

In other words, GCR is not taking these comments in stride which brings with it more issues of really how much it rattled managements cage so to speak and why they felt the need to address it.

Will look into the allegations more closely from this point onwards.
