A $600,000 convertible debenture just announced to fund daily routine as well as due diligence on that Kentucky Shale gas LOI.

We're just days from the Special Meeting to approve a RS anywhere from 1 for 5 to 1 for 11.

ROE will not likely revisit its low of .04 or less and many see the share price slowly rising to .10 soon. A lot depends on that LOI becoming a contract.
