Spoke with Tony last week and he said that the Government seems to do things out of context and when the FWS announced the $25 million contract, Route1 found out after the FWS published it on the government website, so Tony had the halt the stock and file the paper work with the exchange.

Well it seems as though it happened again yesterday with the Dept. of Comm/Office of the Sectretary. A small order worth approx $40,912 was announced on the Government website before Tony filed the paper work.
