  "Noront Resources may have put the James Bay Lowlands on the map of speculators but promotionally savvy Kodiak Exploration has not been outdone, making the Geraldton-Beardmore area of Ontario another hot spot for gamblers. Kodiak had its shares halted from trading on Friday pending news. The company’s stock price has surged from C$0.65 at the end of September to C$2.96 now thanks to its Hercules project in the Beardmore camp. Based on the recent run perhaps some leakage has occurred but we will need to wait at least until Monday to find out.

Armed with a rig turning on the neighboring Jacobus property, Sage Gold added C$0.13 on the session to close at C$0.57 on nearly 28 million shares traded and Roxmark Mines with a large land holding in the area also added C$0.13 to close at C$0.31 on 11.8 million shares traded."
