A reverse split by itself without any definitive plans regarding production would be a nail in the coffin IMO,,,,

 I say this because there are many, many long term "Roxmark (RMK/RMKL) Investors" whom have held and added shares over the years. I for one bought my first shares when RMK had under 75 million shares out.  I purchased this investment with the prospect of future production,, because production means cash which eliminates the need for PP financings,,,but unfortunately I now see the shares outstanding double and the price of the shares still under .20 a share.

  A reverse split along with production would be great,,,a split has to be done for the right reasons,,,,,but the same old same old would get me to the point of re evaluating this investment decision.

 I think the time has come for some sort of production from Roxmark,,,otherwise the cycle of issuing shares for financial needs will just continue in my mind.
