It is not neccesary to issue more shares to make the move toward production.

 Cash can be raised through sale of a NSR to a royalty company,,,such as International Royalty or Royal Gold,,,,this is a better route IMO,,,,more dilution at .20 a share just won't bring in enough cash,,,and a reverse split would make shareholders dump shares IMO.

 With 43-101 of known resources,,,I'm sure there are other venues to raise needed cash to make the move towards production.
