RCM closed up 14% at $14.51 today after opening at 12.88. At one point it was up 25% at 15.99. Volume was about 38,000, which is about twice the average, but still not impressive.

Not sure of the reason for the move... No news that I could find. Perhaps it was due to Duncan Stewart promoting it on BNN yesterday, but I would have expected any fallout from that to have shown up yesterday afternoon. There was some activity yesterday after the show, but nothing spectacular.
