My concern, is this the right management team to bring up the production to where it should be? Now before anyone gets their back up I realize this team has performed remarkably in bringing SGR to where it is today. But maybe they have hit the wall and need a more experienced team to bring it to the next level. Let them do what they do best , which is exploration. Obviously that is their forte`. We need some suits to go beyond that, including a promotion team that actually promotes.
