Here is another one, if he has warrants available maybe he is selling to another fund to get some money to buy warrants, then he has the best of two worlds. He can add some sgr shares at a cheap price to another fund and he can renew his shares in his current fund for cheap off his warrants. Now he has 2 funds with large quantities of SGR for cheap.
