E, I would not agree with "CANNOT" when you refer to stopping a hostile takeover, but suggest "Difficult".

I have some experience here, I was part of a small group that did it. But be ready for extreme intimidation, including being sued.

Time is your friend, and a method to communicate is important - this board provides that.
