I wonder if Goodman & Company now controls more than 20% again. I think the last time (Apr?) that their position was declared, it was around 16% assuming full conversion of debentures to common shares.
With them snapping up shares in huge chunks lately, it is possible and even likely.
Would they have to declare their position before the AGM? or would they only have what they had as of the date of record? and what does this mean to the longevity of San Gold as it is now?
What is good for Ned may not be that good for all of us if he wants to flip this company to some like G if an offer comes in lower than we all would like.
