I also just returned from the AGM, and, as E said, will be compiling my notes and posting later today. I have 22 pages of scribbles in my pad, so there should be something new there. There already has been lots of positive feedback given on the board by others, so you already know that it was a good meeting. All of the company resolutions/motions were passed, so no hiccups to worry about.
