I know that personally I tend to have far more confidence in the abilities of those that represent themselves as professional and cautious than I tend to have in those that come accross boisterous and excitable. I expect there area many other investors that look at the personalities in mangement with the same type of filter.

Interesting comment. I totally agree. People who speak softly and slowly with a level head get there message across more clearly than a person who speaks quickly, excitedly and load. I learned that in business. So Dale seems like a nice guy and all he needs to do is occasionly sharpen his answers. Thats all. No big deal.
