San reminds me of the annual "team upland game bird hunt" in the Manitoba interlake where teams of four from all over the globe compete every fall for "bragging rights" and "The Trophy" competing to knock down the most birds, the ugliest bird, the fattest bird all the while having a great time.
In SAN's case though the hunt is for Gold not the mighty "Prairie Chicken" with the Trophy going to thre "fleetest" not the best shot!
The teams have been lining up for months, making forays to the "Hunting Ground" with their "rock hammers" rather than collector "Brownings!"
Non disclosure agreements replace hunting licences!
Similar determinarion pervades both "camps!"
In the Interlake the last shot fired could determine the winner! In Bissett, the first shot could take the "Prize!"
With expectations at SAN growing daily, ie, results from Holes #38 and #39 (which rumour has it will parallel or exceed #37!) plus an an ever growing resource estimate, (far exceeding 3 MM ozs) the first volley could be fired at any moment. Counter-insurgents may then move in resulting in an upward spiralling SP with the spoils going to Him, not with the "Heaviest Guage" but He with the "Deepest Pockets!" Of course these volleys will yield the most profit short term to the longs with "Guts"enough to remain in the "Crossfire!"
Both fronts offer great entertainment! Bissett though has the extra bonus, coined: "Capital Gain!!"
Hang loose, the "feathers" are about to fly!
