The report that was upgraded was from Jan.15th...the price at the time was $1.49 with a target of $2.45.....now revised upward to $3.00

Remember this report was done prior to some pretty impressive "hinge" holes, and without the benefit of the 43101, due soon. (although you would have to assume that the revised $3.00 target would reflect both.)
